News/Information > Renting our Space Renting our Space The church building is used by community service groups, self-help groups, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations every day of the week. The building accommodates a wide variety of activities like board meetings, concerts, banquets, and receptions. The Church of the Redeemer is home to a number of groups that regularly use our sanctuary for concerts. Situated in the heart of Yorkville, the Church offers a new lower level and refurbished sanctuary complete with a porcelain tile floor and air conditioning. The nave is wide, providing an intimate setting with comfortable seating and good sightlines. A rebuilt Casavant three-manual pipe organ and Yamaha concert grand piano are available for accompaniment. The lower level provides an accessible green room/warm-up space as well as a spacious kitchen for the comfort of performers.
