The Financial Advisory Committee is chaired by the treasurer and has representatives from the Stewardship committee as well as members at large. The committee meets throughout the year to draft the annual budget, prepare reports for our annual Vestry and Congregational Update meetings and provide on-going analysis for the Board of Management about the year to date status of the parish’s finances. Another aspect of the committee’s work is to develop policies such as the Investment policy for the parish’s consideration.
Investment Policy
This policy is used by the Board of Management to manage assets in the Church's investment fund. The basic goal of this policy document, which was approved by Vestry on April 24, 2005, is to ensure fund assets are invested in such a way that they are preserved for future use by the Church. The fund assets are used to meet extraordinary needs or challenges of the Church, and to generate income for Church operations.
