If you feel drawn to explore your faith, consider taking part in Church of the Redeemer's Catechesis program. For those new to Redeemer, as well as anyone who has settled into the parish, it offers a supportive environment for growing in faith and moving deeper into the life of the community.
The Program for 2015
We begin on Wednesday, February 11 from 6 to 9 PM.
We continue on Monday, February 23, March 2, 9, 16 and 23 from 6 to 8:30 PM. On Friday, March 13 from 5 PM to Saturday, March 14 at 3 PM we will participate in an overnight retreat at the Sisters of St. John the Divine convent.
We mark the days of Holy Week by attending as many of the services as we can and participate in the Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 4 at 9 PM.
We gather on Sunday, April 12 at the 11:15 AM worship service to be baptized, renew baptismal vows, be received into the Anglican Communion, or receive a blessing.
Monday, April 13 is the final session with a wrap-up and celebration.

To Sign Up for Catechesis 2015
For more information about being a candidate or a sponsor, please contact Charles McMulkin (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Each year through the season of Lent we offer a catechesis program. Catechesis is a time of intentional study leading up to the Easter Vigil. Participants often sign up with the intent of being received into the Anglican Communion, reaffirming their baptismal vows or being baptized. Those who join this program are matched with a member of the parish who will act as a sponsor or companion on the journey through Lent. Bible study, discussion of faith questions with guest speakers and discerning where your journey in faith is leading are part of the program. Details about registration are posted shortly after Christmas every year.
Under the guidance of the leadership of the youth group, a youth catechesis program is offered every couple of years usually when the group themselves discern that the time is right to reaffirm the vows made by their parents on their behalf or to seek to be baptized. The program is tailored to meet the specific questions of the group. For further information contact the church office (416-922-4948).
